Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Tools-Hub Trader ("we", "us") handles personal data on tools-hub.click and its language editions (vn., en., id., th., es. and ar.tools-hub.click). Tools-Hub Trader is an independent broker review and trading-tools website.
1. Data we collect
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, the language edition and page where you subscribed, and the date and time of sign-up.
- Technical data: our hosting provider automatically records server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and performance.
- Cookies and similar technologies: on some pages we use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and newsletter sign-ups for our advertising. Our calculators run entirely in your browser; we do not store what you enter.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, trading account passwords, payment card numbers or identity documents.
2. How we use data
- To send you emails about broker promotions, condition changes and new reviews you asked to receive.
- To measure and improve our pages and advertising.
- To keep the website secure and working.
Our legal bases are your consent (newsletter, advertising measurement) and our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
3. Service providers
We use these providers, who process data on our behalf or under their own policies:
- Google (Google Sheets and Apps Script) to store newsletter emails; Google Fonts to display typefaces.
- Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) for advertising measurement.
- Hostinger for website hosting and server logs.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Affiliate links
Some links lead to brokers through affiliate networks (for example, XM's partner program). When you click them, the network and the broker may set their own cookies to record the referral. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies. Any account you open is a direct relationship between you and the broker.
5. Retention
We keep newsletter emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and remove them within 30 days of your request. Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, Vietnam's Decree 13/2023 on personal data protection, Thailand's PDPA or Indonesia's PDP Law), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, object to processing and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. 7. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States and the European Union. They apply their own safeguards for such transfers.
8. Age
This website is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
