By accessing and using the Quant Labs Enterprise Performance Diagnostic ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

The Service provides a structural performance evaluation and diagnostic analysis designed for independent operators. It uses algorithmic models to assess execution variance, system latency, and behavioral patterns. The diagnostic output is for informational and educational purposes only.

3. No Advisory Relationship

The Service does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice of any kind. The diagnostic results are generated algorithmically and should not be interpreted as personalized recommendations. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided.

4. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. The Service is not available to residents of the United States or the European Economic Area (EEA).

5. User Obligations

  • You agree to provide accurate information when using the Service.
  • You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the diagnostic algorithms.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
  • You agree not to submit fraudulent or misleading data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, design elements, and branding associated with Quant Labs are the exclusive intellectual property of Quant Labs. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may redirect you to third-party platforms as part of the recommended infrastructure migration. Quant Labs is not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, or services provided by any third-party platform. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quant Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to performance losses, data inaccuracies, or system disruptions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Modifications

Quant Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quant Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
